Beetroot Almond Dip

Look at those colours – This dip is the perfect companion for any starter. It’s smooth, flavoursome and soooo good. Nobody would guess it’s dairy-free.

What's inside

  • 2 cooked medium-sized beetroots

  • 4 Tbs almond butter

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 4 Tbs water

  • 2 tsp fresh rosemary

  • ½ tsp pepper

How to

  1. Add all the ingredients to your blender and blend.

  2. Occasionally turn the blender off and scrape down the dip until you get a smooth texture. This will take about 2-3 minutes.

  3. Adjust the consistency by adding more or less water. Play around a bit until you get your preferred consistency.
