Beetroot Almond Dip
Look at those colours – This dip is the perfect companion for any starter. It’s smooth, flavoursome and soooo good. Nobody would guess it’s dairy-free.

What's inside

2 cooked medium-sized beetroots

4 Tbs almond butter

1 tsp Dijon mustard

4 Tbs water
-
2 tsp fresh rosemary

½ tsp pepper
How to

Add all the ingredients to your blender and blend.

Occasionally turn the blender off and scrape down the dip until you get a smooth texture. This will take about 2-3 minutes.

Adjust the consistency by adding more or less water. Play around a bit until you get your preferred consistency.
