Throughout the day we will move between our course room where we will learn the basics of gut health and the kitchen to whip up super easy and yummy dishes while enjoying tasters along the way. She has learned from thought leaders such as Dr. Bernard, Louise Hay and Dan Buettner whose guidance helped her to cure her chronic headaches, a major hip injury and lose 15kgs. Why do we charge what we charge?

There are two reasons why we charge what we charge.

We did extensive research on the best online courses and found that participants of courses with unlimited access typically never finish them. I am guilty myself. Can you join the program even though you have a food allergy?

Is healthy living expensive?

t doesn’t have to be. I’m a minimalist when it comes to the kitchen. Of course, if you already have some fancy kitchen tools, keep them. If you’re just starting out, a cheap blender will get you started. As with any lifestyle you always have the option to spend more but I will share heaps of cost saving hacks when it comes to kitchen tools, ingredients and lifestyle.
