Gratitude Meditation

Join me on a journey honouring 2019

the transformations, the joy, the sorrow, the love, the abundance, the new and the old - closing the year 2019 and creating the space for 2020.

What to expect:

Simply sit back, relax and listen as I guide you on a meditation. 

We will start on time welcoming everyone and setting our individual intentions. From there we will straight move into the meditation. Once the meditation is finished there will be some time in silence for journaling followed by a sharing circle.

Note:

If you feel like it, you can have a cup ceremonial cacao ready to enjoy with the meditation. Cacao, the food of the gods, has been traditionally used by native Americans as a heart-opening ceremonial ‘medicine’. Scientifically speaking it allows us to feel more joy and bliss and therefore is a great meditation companion. I love it and will have a cup in my hand ;)

2. Fly Kakao - another divine Cacao company, non-for-profit, truly fair-trade, blessed cacao directly supporting the farmers. Another power couple is behind this brand, who are close friends with Jilda. The first ceremonial cacao I tried. So beautiful.
